🎯 1 in 5 people are needing to take time of work due to stress in the last year due to pressure or stress. This may have culminated in a complete breakdown and acquired anxiety.
🎯Burnout is on the rise across the UK and this, along with the evidence in the UK Burnout Report 2024, suggests that there is not enough specialist support in workplaces to support employees on a daily basis. 71% of people feel that they are not adequately supported by their employees to prevent burnout or help recover from it.
🎯 35% of people do not feel comfortable letting their line manager or senior leaders know if they are experiencing high or extreme levels of pressure at work. Additionally 31% of people have been bulled or intimidated by other colleagues which has caused stress in the last year
🎯 Less than a third of working adults say their work place do have plans (a personally tailored wellbeing action plan to help individuals to think about what they need to do to stay well at work and what kind of support they do need if they become unwell/too stressed - or an organisation-wide or risk assessment for stress, which identifies staff at risk and explores ways of removing of reducing the risk).
🎯 Clients with anxiety have acquired neurodiversity and this may make it more likely to experience temporary difficulties with focus and implementation. These clients are three to six times more likely to suffer multiple burnouts and three times more likely to experience anxiety or depression.
🎯 This programme is structured to help the client to embed changes into their everyday life. It can be standalone or used in conjunction with mental health services as an aid with structured support.
🎯 A key element of the programme is daily contact and access to myself as their support to solve problems or get guidance in real time. Therefore not leaving issues until they next have a face to face appointment and it creating an unnecessary setback in recovery time.
🎯 The support in this program includes sup[porting the client to connect the dots between mental health support, physical or chronic illness and if necessary navigate the health system to get better outcomes for themselves.
🎯Job coaching included - this programme is client lead and job coaching is likely to be a requirement for those returning to work.
🎯Clients accessing this service may have a neurodiversity like ADHD.
🎯The programme does not diagnose or prescribe any medication or solely
🎯 Assessments are used to determine qualitative outcomes and improvements for the client.
